1. Information We Collect

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication provider (Google, Apple, or email).

Product and usage data: practice questions answered, scores, study session activity, account events needed to operate and secure the Service, and—only when you allow optional tracking—visit and browser data collected through the tools listed below.

Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide personalized practice, track your progress, secure accounts, process payments, send requested service messages, and improve the Service. Optional study reminders, marketing messages, and third-party tracking use separate choices. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Resend and Listmonk (service and opted-in email delivery)
• Sentry (error monitoring)
• Google Analytics 4 (optional usage analytics)

• TikTok Content Posting API (social media publishing)

4. TikTok Integration

We use the TikTok Content Posting API to publish educational quiz videos to our official TikTok account (@asvabhero). This integration accesses only our own account and does not collect, access, or store any TikTok user data.

5. Communications

Account, security, purchase, subscription, receipt, and billing-status messages are service communications needed to provide an account or transaction. Study reminders and marketing messages are optional, default off, and controlled separately. You can grant or revoke those choices in Account Settings. We record the choice, source, time, and policy version so every optional sender can apply the same preference.

6. Cookies and Optional Tracking

We use essential storage for authentication, security, saved progress, and your privacy choice. Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and PromoteKit remain off until you select “Allow optional tracking.” You can decline or later revoke that permission through “Privacy choices” in the site footer. Revoking stops future optional loading; you can also clear previously stored browser data in your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Account and progress data is retained while your account is active. Payment records are retained by Stripe and by us as needed for billing, fraud prevention, tax, and legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records are retained as needed to honor and demonstrate your choices. Optional tracking choices stay in your browser until you change or clear them. You may request account deletion in Account Settings or by emailing us.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account Settings also lets you export account data and change optional communication preferences.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
